Barcelona!

i am cheapskate. and I just had a short break in Barcelona for my birthday. We were also both rather fed up with the lack of sun and heat which if is very unlike us as we are both sun avoiding aspirins and most of our holidays are in England and we certainly never venture on beach holidays!

We walked for about 7 hours a day with the odd stop for cervazas y tapas. One of the highlights for me was seeing the Mie van der Rohe pavillion. The other was the Olympic park which was amazing!
